I don’t think we realize just how much life has changed since God designed this planet. And not all life changes are good for us. Here are just a few things that have changed over the years…
-We no longer walk on the ground in bare feet (why is this important? because it protects you from “dirty electricity” and radiation flying through the air with all these new wireless devices)
-We no longer eat from the land or sea as much as we once did (why is this important? because those items are better for us than the processed stuff you find in boxes and bags in the middle of the grocery store these days)
-We no longer have to walk everywhere (why is this important? because we don’t get near the exercise just in daily living that we could be getting, therefore, making us have to take time to exercise in our daily routine)
-We rarely eat the purest forms of fruits and vegetables from nature (why is this important? because we are exposed to so many chemicals and artificial flavorings in our foods that our bodies don’t know how to process and because we aren’t eating real foods, we are lacking the REAL nutrients that would be in the original food items)
-We no longer live in a mostly pure environment (why is this important? because we are exposed to chemicals and toxins on a daily basis that can mess up our nervous, immune, etc., systems if we aren’t careful and don’t detoxify our bodies)
These are just a few ways that life on this planet has changed. Some of these things are the reason why we have so many diseases, increased disease, have a hard time getting well depending on the illness, and even why we deal with chronic symptoms that we sometimes recognize and sometimes don’t. We have gotten so used to just feeling a certain way that we no longer realize it as a problem or symptom, it’s just a way of life. People have gotten very out of touch in listening to their bodies and its needs. And unfortunately, when we do realize there are issues that need to be resolved, we have trouble finding a solution or an educated person to help resolve the problem.
Almost everything I have learned about health and nutrition that work and are accurate makes absolute sense when put in the light of the way this earth and our lives on it were originally designed!
These changes are not in your head. Your chronic symptoms aren’t either. The good news is that there are things you can do today to make positive changes to a better, healthier life!
