Can you say “yummy?”
These cookies are an excellent, fun, and exciting way to get vitamins, minerals, protein, antioxidants, phytonutrients, prebiotics, probiotics, and much more goodness in your kids!
They are simple and quick, and I just happened to have all the ingredients readily available in my house.
All it takes is…
*1 cup natural peanut butter
*1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal (I, of course, used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Quick Cooking Oatmeal, making them gluten-free)
*1/3 cup agave nectar
*1 cup Chocolate Shakeology
Yum! Yum! This should definitely be on your list for the next time you “bake” with your kids… though, no baking required!!! Just mix well with your hands (after removing rings) and form into tsp-size balls. You can then smush them flat, more cookie-shaped like pictured, or you can leave them as spheres and roll them in oats & cinnamon, coconut, or crushed nuts.
