Your Snacks Should Be Healthy, Too

Healthy snacks are just as important as healthy meals. Did you know they can be so good and so good for you?

Do you have a guilty pleasure when it comes to food? I do! I absolutely LOVE some “living chocolate chip cookies” that I find at a local grocery store about 30 minutes from my house. They are so rich and yummy… and best of all… they are GREAT for me! I can eat BOTH of them and not feel guilty about anything.

They are made with ground, small bits of raw cashews, a bit of agave nectar and sea salt, with some cacao nibs thrown in… hence the “chocolate chip” part! They are so, so, SO yummy! I have also been able to come pretty close to duplicating them at home.

To go along with them, I decided to drink some green goodness in an Arden’s Garden bottle. It had celery, parsley, spinach, apples ~ all sorts of goodies.

It doesn’t get much healthier than that!

What are you feeding YOUR body today to make it run efficiently, effectively, and optimally?
